Grace Fellowship Children's MinistryOur mission is to cultivate in the lives of our children a lifelong passion to know God personally, walk with Him faithfully, and make Him known with integrity. That's the mission statement for this core ministry of Grace Fellowship. To carry it out, a Sunday school class for children in preschool to grade 2 is held on Sunday mornings. The class involves Bible stories, music, crafts, activities and small group projects appropriate to the age-level of the children. The lesson ties into the message that's being preached to the adults that day. It begins after the worship segment of the service (about 11:25) and ends at 12:15. Each class is led by at least two trained adults. The children in grades 3–5 have a weeknight program called Discovery Club. They have a blast with songs, games, activities and Bible exploration! A nursery for the youngest children (newborn to age 2 1/2) is provided throughout the Sunday morning worship service. The Children's Ministry Coordinator is Rachel Nimon. A Note from RachelSo that the children will learn to be engaged in the worship service and experience the richness that an entire service holds, all children remain in the service on the first Sunday of each month. To help engage them in the service, the Children's Ministry team has developed some activities that children can do during the service, and they have created some resources on worship for parents. We also offer guidelines for respectful use of the facility.
